Identifies and recommends members for local, state and national awards.
BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE
Develops the annual budget for submission to the Board of Directors. Monitors income and expenses throughout the year and recommends budget revisions as necessary.
HOLIDAY GALA COMMITTEE
Plans, organizes, promotes and produces the Association’s annual Holiday Gala.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT COMMITTEE
Evaluates requests for support and recommends to the Board public service projects that enhance our public image through contributions to the community by our membership.
Plans, organizes, promotes and produces the Association’s annual home show.
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
Monitors proposed rules and regulations affecting our industry and members, and keeps membership informed. Works with and provides informed testimony to local government committees and agencies on subjects affecting our industry.
Identifies changing knowledge and skills required by Association members and works with partners to offer appropriate classes.
GOLF TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE
Plans, organizes, promotes and produces the Association’s annual golf tournament.
Develops and implements the Association’s annual membership program to meet recruitment and retention goals.
SURPLUS SALE COMMITTEE
Plans, organizes, promotes, produces and collects materials for the Association’s annual Builder’s Surplus Sale.
FUTURE BUILDERS FOUNDATION COMMITTEE
Solicits Future Builder scholarship and grant applications, evaluates submissions and recommends award recipients to the Board of Directors.
